CCL (Cup Counter/Loader) Auto Vert. Equipment The Rennco Model CCL (cup counter/loader) will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The CCL accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a Rennco Packager via conveyor. Incorrect stack counts are automatically removed from the system for quality assurance. |

VCCL (Vertical Cup Counter/Loader) Auto Vert. Equipment Rennco Model VCCL (vertical cup counter/loader) is available with one to four lane designs. The system can handle single and double poly coated paper and clay coated cups. The product is typically fed into the vertical "tower" system with the mouth of the cup leading. In standard applications, the diameter of the cup should not exceed the overall height of the cup. The VCCL towers count, accumulate and transfer the stack of cups to either a single or dual seal assembly Vertical L-Bar Sealer. |

Mirco CCL Auto Vert. Equipment The Micro CCL is capable of running paper, poly-coated and thermoformed cups. Cups will be presented to the Micro CCL system from a continuous source. The cups are counted and presented to the Rennco Model 301SF Packager, which was re-designed with square uprights. The Touch Screen operator interface panel makes it easier to navigate machine settings. This system will run polyethylene and polyolefin films. |

SPS (Packaging System) Auto Vert. Equipment The Rennco Model SPS accepts thermoformed and injection molded lids. Stacks of lids are placed into conveyor pockets, either automatically or manually. The stacks are transported to the Vertical L-Bar Sealer using a servo driven conveyor. A servo driven pusher then gently places the stack of lids into a sealer. |

Plate Infeed Auto Vert. Equipment For manufacturers of paper, thermoformed and foam plates, Rennco offers systems to count, accumulate, transfer and package their products. Plate counts range from retail packages of 25 count to bulk packages of 250. The majority of these plate systems are automated and integrated with the manufacturing line. Common stack heights from, but not limited to, 1" to 20". The Rennco plate systems also handle bowls. |

500 Flexo S Hand Load Horizontal Equip. This is a standard side sealing machine for poly or shrink films running at speeds up to 5000 cycles per hour. The Flexo 500S is mainly used for manual feeding but can also be fed automatically. |

Standard 500S Hand Load Horizontal Equip. This horizontal form fill & seal machine was designed to produce a high quality package with speed sup to 80 PPM. The Standard 500S can run polyethylene, polyolefin, CPP, center-folded or flat films. This machine is mainly used for manual feeding but can also be fed automatically. |
