Arpac L18/L26

Capra 120 SS

Capra 70 LS

The CAPRA 70LS is a ruggedly constructed continuous motion bottom overlap horizontal shrink wrapping system that offers years of reliable operation. This unique form, fill and seal packaging system uses a bottom lap seal via a fixed plow that leaves no excess film to waste. Suited for long production runs, these machines are capable of shrink wrapping up to 70 products per minute.

Great Lakes HC 37

The GREAT LAKES HC37 horizontal shrink wrapper is ideal for completely overwrapping individual products at speeds up to 80 packages per minute. The GREAT LAKES HC37 creates visually appealing packages while increasing product protection. The complete overwrap ensures that freshness is kept in, while dirt and moisture are kept out. This extends the product's shelf life, while reducing in store losses and damage to products.

Great Lakes HCF 37-3

The GREAT LAKES HCF37-3 fully automatic horizontal wrappers are ideal for overwrapping large industrial products where total enclosure is required. Capable of reaching speeds up to 15 packages per minute, the HCF37-3 operates by manually or automatically presenting the product to the infeed conveyor. The required spacing can be created either by the machine or upstream of the system. The product is then conveyed through a film forming head and a cross seal is made. A shrink tunnel with a hot plate, located beneath the tunnel belt, seals the film overlap on the bottom of the package. The result is an attractive, totally enclosed product.

Great Lakes HCF 48

The GREAT LAKES HCF48 fully automatic horizontal wrappers are ideal for overwrapping large industrial products where total enclosure is required. Capable of reaching speeds up to 15 packages per minute, the HCF48 operates by manually or automatically presenting the product to the infeed conveyor. The required spacing can be created either by the machine or upstream of the system. The product is then conveyed through a film forming head and a cross seal is made. Great Lakes TS33CF

The GREAT LAKES TS33CF side seal horizontal wrapper is designed to package oversize retail and industrial products at speeds of up to 60 packages per minute*. The TS33CF uses up to 33" wide center folded polyethylene, polyolefin or PVC films to shrink wrap large products such as mailing envelopes, knock down boxes, shutters and desk pads. The TS33CF can wrap packages of infinite length and can run products up to 10" high with an easy to change product height adjustment. The unique side sealer provides close sealing proximity, keeping the package graphics distortion free.

Great Lakes TS37

The GREAT LAKES TS37 Side Seal horizontal wrapper is the most versatile packaging machine on the market. Because the continuous motion TS37 eliminates the need for multiple forming heads, it has the quickest, easiest changeover available - no tools are required. To provide even greater versatility, the machine can be cleaned without disassembly.

Great Lakes TSI 26

The GREAT LAKES TSi26 intermittent motion side seal wrappers are the most flexible compact automatic packaging machines on the market. The continuous side sealer, operating on demand, makes it ideal for use in short or extended production runs to wrap packages of infinite length, up to 8" high and 17" wide.
